MasterSeal is standard SealMaster sealcoat material made to give your pavement protection from the elements, and restore that beautiful black color.
Polymer Modified MasterSeal (PMM)
POLYMER-MODIFIED SEALCOAT
Ready-to-use polymer-modified pavement sealer supplied for Arizona applications. PMM is designed for professional pavement maintenance and is applied at 50–65 square feet per gallon per coat (0.14–0.18 gallon per square yard per coat), with two coats recommended. No field dilution is required.
Liquid Road
POLYMER-MODIFIED, FIBER-REINFORCED SURFACE COATING
Liquid Road is a ready-to-use, polymer-modified, fiber-reinforced asphalt emulsion coating blended with specially graded aggregate. It produces a durable, slip-resistant pavement surface treatment. Two coats are required, typically applied at 25–35 square feet per gallon per coat (0.20–0.35 gallon per square yard per coat).
OptiPave
READY-TO-USE ASPHALT EMULSION SURFACE TREATMENT
OptiPave is a ready-to-use clay-stabilized asphalt emulsion surface treatment designed to protect and extend pavement life by replacing surface oils, locking down loose aggregate and reducing damage from oxidation, weather and traffic. One coat is recommended at 0.12–0.18 gallon per square yard.
Aspen TR
TIRE RUBBER MODIFIED SURFACE TREATMENT
Aspen TR is a premium, ready-to-use tire-rubber-modified surface treatment made with asphalt cement and clay stabilizers. It helps replace vital surface oils, lock down loose aggregate and protect pavement from oxidation, weather and traffic. One coat is recommended at 0.12–0.18 gallon per square yard.
